CM_SAFE for IBM iSeries provides configuration file management capabilities for Open Systems hosts, with server support available for iSeries Linux partitions and agent support available for all major UNIX variations and platforms.

Running on the iSeriesAbout CM_SAFE

CM_SAFE provides the tools your business needs to manage and protect host configurations across the entire Open Systems enterprise. It provides version control and change control capabilities for server configuration files, reducing the risk of downtime incidents, and substantially reducing their duration when they occur. Its disaster recovery functionality allows customers to synchronize configuration for hot-site recovery and create self-contained Disaster Recovery Kits (DRKs™) for cold-site recovery.

CM_SAFE allows you to reduce the time and resources required to manage server configuration, as well as reducing the risk and length of configuration-related outages. Its file monitoring capabilities allow you to monitor files that are vulnerable to intrusion and determine when unauthorized changes are made to those files. CM_SAFE's complete set of configuration file management tools can reduce your total cost of ownership substantially.
